Great sim racing event.
Blade was so fast on the qualifying so i was not expecting to fight with him. I was haf a second behind him even though Klaus gave me some slip stream on my fastest lap
The start was perfect, i was the quickest but it turns out Blade was going with much lower wings so it was a matter of time before he retains the lead.
After the start i was able to stay with him because of his slip stream. This was great for me because that way we both were pulling away from the other drivers very quickly.
Unfortunately Blade slip his car on turn 1 around lap 8 and now i was leading comfortably. I made the gap up to 12 seconds and after that i started to have some trouble with my soft tires. Joe and the other drivers just behind him started to catch me slowly so i decided to not change the tires.
Unfortunately everything went so wrong on the pit. It turns out i forgot to announce the pit stop and even though the mechanics accepted my car and the refueling guy put the hose pipe the refueling did not start... I needed 1 minute to figure it out and i just decided to press all the buttons on the wheel. And after pressing the announce button the refueling finally started.
At the end my pit stop was more than 2 minutes long and my race totally ruined.
After that my tires were terrible and Blade was catching me fast. He was able to overtake me few laps before the end but to be fair i was totally out of my skin for what happen on the stop so it was no big difference where i am going to finish the race.
