Hello,I am new here and would like to begin to race with this group. Now one thing bugs me : There is no way to change the cockpit view to hood view.the button to toggle between are inoperent, and the PLR line automaticaly return to cockpit view.Except for the Bmw M1 event at Hockenheim, all cars are like this.
Is it a rule for this group or could it be changed to let the view to the drivers choice?.

Server 1 and 2 should do. If there is a FFB-Event, that's the place to be. Short Competitions on Server 1 an Long-Races (and practice) on Server 2.

Server 3 and 4 are not really for racing, but for those, who just enjoy drivin' around a bit in a race-car, you'll never be able to buy. Drivin' around means in that case "sit in the car, look out o'the windscreen and pretend to "drive"", just showing a little respect to the guys from gtlw.co.uk, who put a lot of work in building the in-view of that oldies - with mirrors, instruments and everything else.

Thanks for your answer, I cant buy no car in P&G except maybe an old rusty mini.
So ok I just see it now as you say server 3 and 4 dont do it , but I dont care as long as they are not to be used for event.

Hallo Eric,

you set an button of your controller to change the drivingview in the GTR2 gameoptions.

It will work fine with the M1 at server 2

If you leave the box,enter the track you can change and looking from the hood

But i can´t understand why gamer use hood-view at simracing ?

With cockpit view i have much more realistic feeling from the car in game !

Ok with rain,fog and dust it´s a little harder to drive but this is the challange i like
